Level 4 Sports Coach Apprenticeship (depending on previous experience and qualifications). You’ll gain hands‑on experience delivering multisport activities, working directly with children, and playing an active role in the growth of a small but ambitious business. What You’ll Do Design (with support) and deliver engaging multisport training programmes Teach core techniques and strategies across different sports Promote teamwork, participation, and sportsmanship Assess ability levels and provide constructive feedback Organise and supervise practice sessions and events Create a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment Working Hours 30 hours per week, shifts varying between 58 hours What They’re Looking For A confident and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children and finds it rewarding. Someone who is adaptable, creative, and eager to learn new sports.
