Key Responsibilities Own and develop the agency’s SEO strategy—creating a holistic, future‑facing approach spanning technical optimisation, content strategy, UX, and brand visibility. Lead and mentor the SEO team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and high performance. Be hands‑on in delivery—from audits and site architecture to keyword strategy, content performance, and technical troubleshooting. Integrate AI‑driven tools and workflows to enhance efficiency, analysis, and campaign intelligence. Collaborate with content, digital PR, and data teams to deliver integrated client solutions. Engage directly with clients—building trusted relationships, translating complex SEO strategies into clear value, and ensuring strong performance outcomes. Stay ahead of the curve—continually exploring innovations in search, AI, and user experience to keep the SEO offering market‑leading. About You You’re a blend of strategist, technician, and leader.
