Join for the Senior Staff Nurse role at NHS Highland within the Acute Medicine Unit at Raigmore Hospital. We are looking for an experienced nurse to lead the Acute Assessment Unit, Ambulatory Emergency Care and Medical High Dependency Unit. On a daily basis you will promote high-quality care, develop a positive ward culture and support a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a high-quality, patient-centred team culture. Encourage best practice and supervise qualified and unqualified staff. Promote and develop education and quality improvement initiatives. Required qualifications and skills Excellent leadership, confident communication and organisational skills.
