Position Overview Supply Chain PMO – UK/Ireland Scope: Permanent, Full‑time Location: Kingston The role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company once Unilever separates its Ice Cream business by the end of 2025. Responsibilities / Key Deliverables Land projects on time, on cost and in scope, achieving a high project completion rate and meeting OTIF, cost savings and other KPIs. Technology: Evaluate, implement and optimise new technologies that enhance go‑to‑market supply‑chain processes, including automation tools, advanced ERP systems and logistics software. System Integration: Lead integration of new systems into existing and new operational workflows, ensuring seamless order management and delivery tracking. Stakeholder engagement: Regularly update leadership and key stakeholders on progress, challenges and results of technology‑driven initiatives or new processes. Cross‑functional collaboration: Engage IT, Supply Chain, Customer Execution and other teams to gather requirements, communicate technology deployments and align systems with business needs. Risk & scheduling management: Identify, communicate and mitigate risks related to projects; create, monitor, adjust and communicate project schedules. New business models: Lead the go‑to‑market supply‑chain setup for new models, partnering with upstream teams to integrate with manufacturing and planning. Vendor & technology partner relations: Work closely with external vendors and consultants to assess potential solutions and manage system implementations. Continuous improvement & problem solving: Lead technology‑driven process optimisation to reduce inefficiencies in the order‑to‑delivery process. Support Magnum separation: Assist with the exit from supply‑chain TSAs, roll‑out of new systems and minimise operational impact. Technology rollout: Research, test and deploy cutting‑edge technologies (AI, IoT, automation) to enhance the order‑to‑deliver process. Innovation leadership: Lead cross‑functional innovation projects focused on improving operational capabilities in logistics, order management and customer service. Continuous learning & adoption: Stay informed on industry trends and drive adoption of new technologies. Internal relations: Support building future relationships with third parties. Tools & systems: SAP, RTVA, PowerBI, MS Office, TPA, customer portals, S&P, AATP, SCP, Excel, Outlook and various customer portals. Minimum Requirements Strong internal and external stakeholder management. Strong project management skills and proven experience in landing complex projects. Excellent quantitative analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt style to influence stakeholders. Curiosity about new technologies and a drive to introduce them. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think logically. Ability to manage time effectively and plan workload. A proactive mindset, seeking to avoid problems before they arise. Comfortable holding others to account and having challenging conversations. Willingness and ability to travel to visit customers. Ideal Requirements Professional project management qualification (e.g., Prince 2, NVQ). Strong expertise in go‑to‑market supply‑chain, including order‑to‑cash. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Microsoft Project or alternative scheduling software. Understanding of core Python concepts. Strong understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouses. Experience working with retail customers. Experience in logistics, planning or commercial roles. Understanding of basic financial and commercial measures. Solid grasp of supply‑chain fundamentals. Additional Information Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business by the end of 2025, at which point this role will transfer to the new company.
