**SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST (12 month FTC)
STAINES**About the role**

The prime responsibility of the Supply Chain / Procurement Analyst is the daily management and control of Supply Chain Solutions programmes. They will responsible for establishing credibility with customer base as a reliable source of information, support andadvice.

**Main responsibilities**
- Management of complete contract process including quote analysis, approval, conversion and liability management.
- Administer overall contract programme based on assigned objectives.
- Running the inventory control programme including contract audits.
- Oversee the performance metrics of customer contracts.
- Respond to internal and external customer queries.
- Participate in customer visits and presentations.
- Determine correct bonded inventory levels, ensuring efficient turn around in line with SLA’s.
- Be able to address concerns regarding non-conformance to the contract with sales, sales management, supply chain solutions managers and your own management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience within a logistics or buying environment.
- Able to work under pressure to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and Word).
