The candidate needs a background in software development, ideally with some exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customisation for a variety of clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and 3rd line support of custom Dynamics CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementCustomisation of D365 module components such as Power Pages and Power Automate and cloud flowsTroubleshoot and resolution of software bugs, data, and system configuration issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDevelopment and delivery of Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Pages and Power AutomateCapable of dealing directly with business users; working alongside testers to ensure that software quality standards are metCRM extension through C# .Net developmentExperience of DevOps, Agile and concepts of CI/CD; familiarity with ITIL conceptsKnowledge and experience with D365 latest product offeringsAbout UsAt Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
