Its software supports advisors and businesses to deliver bespoke planning, scenario modelling and guidance to a global client base. Due to continued expansion across global sites, they are keen to appoint a Product Support Specialist based in the UK. This is a home‑based role with a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits. As an experienced Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user adoption initiatives, acting as the main point of contact for end‑users such as financial planners and advisors, and providing functional support on how to model financial planning concepts. In addition, you will create and maintain knowledge base content, user training materials, and interactive online training delivery. Product Support Specialist: Duties Main point of contact for end‑users of group applications Assist end‑users with in‑depth functional support on how to model financial planning concepts Promote user adoption of applications in line with group strategy Drive development and updates of training programs and support material Deliver online user training sessions Review user feedback and work with product and development teams for enhancements Product Support Specialist: Qualifications Experience of working in financial services Cashflow modelling technology – Voyant, Cashcalc, Xtoold+, IO Planning Knowledge of UK financial planning concepts This is an opportunity to join a global industry leader.
