Robert Walters is working in partnership with a Global fintech business, that provides financial-planning platform powered by both data and automated advice tools. Its software supports advisors and businesses to deliver bespoke planning, scenario modelling and guidance to a global client base. Due to continued expansion across global sites, they are keen to appoint a Product Support Specialist to be based in the UK. This is a home based role, salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits. As an experienced Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user adoption initiatives. Act as the main point of contact for end-users - such as financial planners and advisors. Providing functional support on how to model financial planning concepts.In addition, you will be responsible for creating and maintain knowledge base content, user training materials and interactive online training delivery. Product Support Specialist: Duties Main point of contact for end-users of groups applications Assist end-users with in-depth functional support on how to model financial planning concepts Promote user adoption of applications in line with group strategy Drive development and updates of training programs and support material Deliver online user training sessions Review user feedback and work with product and development teams for enhancements Product Support Specialist: Duties Experience of working in financial services Cashflow modelling technology - Voyant, Cashcalc, Xtoold+, IO Planning Knowledge of UK financial planning concepts The permanent opportunity for a Product Support Specialist is a home-based position, paying a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits.
