Accounts Office Administrator Join to apply for the Accounts Office Administrator role at Law Office of J. David Outtrim, P.C. Pay: £26,453.70 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours) Location: Head Office, Chesterfield Hours: 20‑25 hrs per week We are looking for a motivated and professional administrator to join our friendly accounts team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the team to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our finance operations. This is a part‑time position with flexible hours and days, to be discussed at interview. Scan, file and maintain financial and administrative documents in an organised and accessible manner. Enter data into internal systems and spreadsheets. Carry out stationery stock checks. Assist with the preparation of payroll information. Record and calculate staff annual leave to support payroll and reporting processes. Support the team with the implementation and development of new systems or processes. Assist with financial reconciliation and help to identify and resolve any discrepancies. Retrieve and compile financial data and reports as needed to support effective decision‑making and ensure accurate record keeping. Perform any other reasonable administrative tasks to support the team. Qualifications, Experience, Skills And Personal Qualities Good level of education in English and Maths. Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office software/applications. Good communication skills, written and verbal. Previous experience in a busy office environment. Good organisational and time‑management skills. Must have an awareness of confidentiality. Reliable and trustworthy, able to handle sensitive financial information. Must be a team player and able to work effectively with colleagues and other departments.
