The Shire of Derby / West Kimberley is seeking a motivated Administration Officer to provide essential administrative and customer service support to the Shire of Derby / West Kimberley. About the Role You will play a key role in delivering quality administrative services, handling documents, supporting meetings and assisting both staff and the public with courteous and efficient service. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail and a dedication to continuous improvement in our administration processes. What You’ll Be Doing Providing administrative support including document management and correspondence. Assisting with scheduling travel arrangements and event coordination. Responding to queries from the public and staff with professionalism and respect. Maintaining accurate records in compliance with local government standards. Supporting the Shire’s commitment to transparency, integrity and community‑focused service.
