Reward & Benefits Analyst – DAZN Description As our new Reward Analyst, you’ll support the effective delivery of DAZN’s global Reward function through a blend of detailed data analysis and essential day-to-day reward and benefits administration. You’ll manage large datasets, support job evaluation, prepare reports and contribute to core reward processes such as annual salary review, bonus and survey submissions. Alongside the analytical work, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate data and ensuring consistent administration across our global pay, benefits and recognition programmes. This role is well suited to someone who is confident in Excel, comfortable with detailed administrative work and genuinely interested in developing deeper reward expertise in a fast‑paced, international environment. What You’ll Be Doing Manage day‑to‑day administration of global benefits including enrolments, changes and leavers. Coordinate annual renewals and open enrolment processes. Maintain accurate employee reward and benefits data across systems and provider platforms. Monitor the Reward mailbox, resolving queries and escalating where appropriate. Liaise with benefits providers to help resolve operational issues and maintain accurate records. Process reward and benefits‑related invoices and support vendor administration. Assist with preparing and distributing reward and benefits communications. First point of contact for employee Reward queries, escalating where required. Assist in the implementation of new reward and benefits programmes, coordinating with internal and external partners. Work with external providers, HR Partners and Comms team to promote benefits across multiple countries. Carry‑out job evaluation activities by gathering role information, reviewing job content and maintaining job architecture data. Prepare data for annual salary review, bonus cycles and performance processes, including running checks and modelling. Produce clear and accurate reward reports and summaries based on prepared datasets. Ensure compliance with pay transparency. Support the maintenance of accurate reward and benefits data across internal systems and files. Contribute to routine reward reporting by gathering, checking and organising information. Support the preparation of data for survey submissions. Assist in preparing datasets for regulatory reporting such as gender pay gap analysis. Support global reward projects through coordination, data checks and documentation updates. Assist with operational tasks linked to changes in reward and benefits programmes. Help identify opportunities to improve accuracy, consistency and efficiency within reward processes. Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and HRIS teams to maintain alignment in data and processes. What You’ll Bring Strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, lookups) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. 1–2 years’ experience in an analytical or HR‑related role, previous exposure to reward, benefits or HR data is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills. Clear, confident communication in English (both written and verbal). Strong organisational skills.
