About The Role Dandy is seeking a Business Development Manager in the UK to hire, manage, and scale our first Business Development Representative (BDR) team for Dandy’s next stage of hypergrowth. Dandy views our BDR / SDR team members as optimal candidates for internal promotion so this role is crucial in developing our BDRs for career growth opportunities within the team. This role reports directly to the Head of Business Development. What You’ll Do Build and lead our first BDR team in the UK that is metrics driven and customer-obsessed that consistently exceeds quota Assist in ideating and refining process improvements that drive outsized conversion rate success Clearly define and operationalize an inbound + outbound BDR motion in the UK, ensuring the team excels across both channels Collaborate with the UK General Manager and senior GTM leadership to set and drive a high bar of performance for the team to ensure team has what they need to deliver at their best Optimize our repeatable yet personalized outreach strategy and pipeline generation playbook Ensure a high performing team through mentorship, coaching, and recurring weekly one-on-ones Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize our lead generation process Accurately forecast and project monthly and quarterly quota attainment and targets Contribute innovative ideas and improvements that accelerate Dandy’s market growth trajectory Foster a team culture of accountability, performance, respect, and continuous learning What We’re Looking For 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment, with at least 2 years managing teams of 5+ individual reps Experience in healthtech, preferred Experience standing up a team in the UK Expertise in both Inbound (SDR) and Outbound (BDR) motions A clear grasp of BDR team best practices and pipeline generation methodologies Proven experience with B2B SaaS tools/tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) Strong cross-functional partner, including experience working closely with a GM Adaptable to a fast-paced and quickly changing environment Motivational leader who embodies the Dandy Sales Competencies, including: Using data to identify performance opportunities and make informed decisions Setting clear standards and motivating reps to meet them, adapting to individual and team needs Driving continuous improvement to elevate individual and team performance Demonstrating strong people management and representing Sales Leadership effectively Deep understanding of the sales process and how to progress pipeline using core tools and strategies Benefits For full‑time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best‑in‑class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
