As a Business Development Representative you’ll be working in our sales team to build up and nurture our pipeline of potential customers. You’ll develop a keen understanding of our SaaS solution to be able to understand the clients’ challenges and problem‑solve how our tool could help their businesses. Day‑to‑day responsibilities Source leads through outbound calling, email outreach, social media outreach Handle inbound leads from Marketing Nurture, further qualify, and ultimately convert these leads into product demonstration meetings for our Business Development Managers Serve as a key contact point for potential customers to discuss their technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and scope for implementation Occasionally attend demonstrations and trade shows around the UK with our BDMs Collaborate with marketing to think creatively about potential new avenues for attracting prospects Create Requests for Information and complete tenders to win new business opportunities The team you’ll be joining You’ll be working alongside the other BDRs in our London and Manchester branches, reporting into the Sales Director of the UK. You’ll collaborate closely with our Business Development Managers and Marketing. As TOPdesk has branches around the world, you’ll be part of an international organisation too While you’ll be focusing on the UK markets, there may also be opportunities to collaborate with international colleagues.
