Relationship Director - Mid Corporates, Manchester and North WestJoin to apply for the Relationship Director - Mid Corporates, Manchester and North West role at Lloyds Banking GroupRelationship Director - Mid Corporates, Manchester and North West2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Relationship Director - Mid Corporates, Manchester and North West role at Lloyds Banking GroupDirect message the job poster from Lloyds Banking GroupJOB TITLE: Relationship Director - Mid CorporatesLOCATION(S): ManchesterHOURS: Full TimeWORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, in the office.About this opportunityWe're looking for a Relationship Director to support existing clients with all their banking needs, whilst also driving franchise growth via the origination of new to bank clients & associated business.You'll manage a small Mid Corporates portfolio of clients with an annual turnover of between £25m-£100m within the Manchester and North West area and help grow and bring more of the bank's proposition to your clientsYou'll be accountable for attracting and developing high value new to bank relationships and will play an integral role representing the group in the local market & professional community, supporting high profile local clients and developing key business opportunities.Your roles and responsibilities will include:Lead a portfolio of existing clients with all their banking needs including lending, deposits and a wide range of other services & products.Originate and develop new high profile client relationships, putting the client at the heart of what you do, adding customer value at every interaction and becoming a "trusted advisor".Analyse opportunities and proactively prospect for new, high value Mid Corporates clients whose needs we can support with a range of products and solutions.Be present and active in the market to ensure Lloyds' brand and message is clearly understood to ensure professionals and prospect businesses approach us for support.Play a leadership role within the region- supporting the Regional Director with specific guidance and mentor / develop others in the team, whilst also investing in opportunities for your own personal development.Build relationships with partner companies and apply these connections to improve the bank's interaction with clients, providing tailored products that meet their requirements.Be accountable for the credit, compliance and operational risk across your client portfolio.Supporting clients with developing ESG strategies and supporting their journey to Net Zero.Why Lloyds Banking Group?We're on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we're shaping finance for good. Including you.What we need from you?Prior experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking.Proactive in developing relationships and building partnerships with clients & passionate about supporting their current and future needs. You'll be motivated to exceed expectations and strategies with clients to deliver value to them and LBG.
