About the team: Our HR Operations Team are looking for an Operations Excellence Associate to join the team and work across key strategic projects that will originate and drive service improvement within the HR function, impacting across the nearly 40,000 employees at RELX. About the role: You will take responsibility for developing, agreeing and delivering high value HR projects and initiatives, supporting key strategic initiatives across multiple divisions within RELX Group and enabling an excellent employee HR experience which drives the achievement of key business objectives and targets. The successful candidate will work with our HR leadership team, senior business leaders and key HR/operational stakeholders to identify and enable improvement across the HR people, process, systems and third party landscape. Responsibilities: Drive the execution of strategic projects, workstreams and problem‑solving process with a strong analytical focus and understanding of the employee experience and journey Lead and deliver process mapping, org design and operating model work as part of the creation and delivery of business cases into significant volumes of employees across the business Facilitate meetings and workshops with all relevant stakeholders, subject matter experts and sponsors Effectively manage the outcomes driven by specific projects and help steer the business in a new direction Develop and deliver the change management approach and plan for workstreams/projects as appropriate Work within a direct and matrix project structure across multiple functions in the business, providing regular guidance to business stakeholders to drive the project forward Build, maintain and foster successful relationships with key functional and operational teams at all levels up to c‑suite across the business Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Significant experience in both business improvement (analysis, process, design, business case) and project/program management in the HR industry Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate while developing strong relationships across all organizational levels with a collaborative approach Exceptional attention to detail, business acumen and commercial focus Experience or knowledge of shared service centre design and/or other HR/people or similar transformation programs Experience working with AI and other technologies to enable business success is a distinct advantage Working for you: We know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
