As a trusted, credible, and business-minded professional, you'll be responsible for providing an efficient HR service, being methodical and organised in your approach to ensure the smooth running of the provision in line with polices, procedures and legalrequirements.
**Client Details**
To provide a professional, efficient and effective Human Resources Business Partnering service to all levels of staff within the organisation in Kent, covering multiple sites.
**Description**
- Proactively managing sickness by advising managers and employees on absence management procedures and liaising with the occupational health provider
- Managing individual ER cases relating to disciplinaries, grievances and capabilities (including note taking and report writing as required), ensuring that each case is resolved in a timely manner and according to HR policy
- Assist the HR Manager / Head of HR as required
- Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on matters relating to pay and conditions of service, HR policies and employment law.
- Participate in the recruitment process as required, advising on shortlisting processes, attending interviews and ensuring the implementation of safer recruitment processes that meet
- Responsible for overseeing the HR induction of new employees
- To lead on specific projects, as required by the HR Manager or Head of HR.

- Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Develop and deliver training on a range of HR related matters; to develop managers that are able to effectively implement HR policies
- Represent HR both internally, across sites to maintain a visible and high-profile HR service
**Profile**
- You're CIPD qualified at Level 5 (preferably Level 7)
- You have sound experience of working within an HR team at a similar level (i.e. Senior Advisor), or if you currently work at Advisor level and are ready to take the next step in your career
- You're confident in providing a high level of HR support
- Have access to your own vehicle as travel may be required across sites
