Job Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this critical client-facing role, you will be the expert responsible for guiding and/or executing the seamless flow of client data into the beqom Total Compensation Management SaaS platform. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and deploying robust data integration solutions tailored to each client’s unique HR and financial ecosystem. Responsibilities Data Analysis and Mapping: Analyze client data, design data flow, and develop ETL specifications for Extract, Transform, and Load processes. Integration Development and Execution: Configure API & SFTP data integration, extend internal integration layers, and leverage Workato or similar iPaaS tools. Client and Stakeholder Management: Provide consultation, troubleshoot integration issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams. Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in data consulting, integration development, or ETL/ELT development in a SaaS environment. Expert knowledge of data integration methods including RESTful/SOAP APIs, SFTP/FTPS, strong SQL, and modern IDEs for scripting. Proven experience with an iPaaS platform (Workato preferred) or similar tools such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica. Excellent client-facing communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Why join us?
