Our client, a global construction vendor, is currently looking for an experienced Civils or Structural professional to join their team as a Technical Support Consultant. With an emphasis on the Technical, you will work with professional teams on some ofthe largest infrastructure and construction projects in the UK.

Theyutilise and leverage emerging technologies that enable their customers to accelerate project delivery, including 3D collaboration platforms, BIM, Augmented reality, and machine learning.
**The role**
As a Technical Support Consultant, you will deliver high-level technical support to the users of our client’s software. Our client is fully focused on providing the very best digital technologies for their customers to deliver more sustainable, safer, andbetter-quality projects. In this role, you will be empowered to operate autonomously and reap the rewards of this through both financial and career rewards.
- Other responsibilities include: _
- Delivering a high level of support to users
- Creating, updating, and delivering training courses
- Building knowledge by writing technical support content
**The requirements**
- You’ll have professional experience using AutoCAD or other BIM software, as well as: _
- Degree educated in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Ability to produce clear and structured texts
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Passion for customer service and customer satisfaction
- Utilising excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hyper organised and able to multitask
- General understanding of software development
- Based in or around Leeds, UK
