Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – North East – Education World Ltd Location: South Tyneside Pay: £21,575.00 - £21,968.00 per year Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only Start Date: As soon as possible Key Responsibilities Work across age phases (babies, toddlers, pre‑school, reception) to support teaching, learning and wellbeing. Plan and implement engaging play‑based and structured activities that excite and challenge children. Monitor, record and review children’s progress and ensure continuity of learning. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in line with safeguarding and welfare regulations. Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to curriculum planning and support transitions into school. What We’re Looking For Proven experience working in Early Years or Nursery settings. A sound understanding of child development from 0‑5 years and ability to adapt to multiple age phases. Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Commitment to promoting children’s welfare and achieving high standards of care. Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 3 in Early Years) or willingness to work toward one.
