Lead educational activities, planning and delivering sessions that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Act as a key person, overseeing children’s development and care needs, while building strong connections with families. What We’re Looking For Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education Proven experience with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills, and the ability to apply child‑development knowledge to deliver activities.
