**What we are looking for**:
This Commercial Partnerships Manager is a pivotal role in the Marketing and Retail Team, owning the commercial strategy and execution of our in box, brand channel and merchandising partnerships. You’ll know our brand inside out and have a good understanding of how to deliver partnerships which delight customers and drive value for both parties. We’ve ambitious commercial targets for this role, so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and pitching to multiple partners. You’ll have good relationship building and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines. You’ll be building a 360 partnership pipeline which delights customers and have the opportunity to build and own our in box sampling program and further develop our partner merchandising strategy, making sure we’re offering customers partner products which are complementary to the Mindful Chef offering. You will be happy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, intuitively understanding our customers and business. **You are**:
- An ambitious marketer or sales person and ideally have 3+ years’ experience in building end-to-end commercial partnerships and merchandising campaigns from concept through to delivery.
- Someone with strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Someone with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship building skills are a must.
- An energiser, with motivation, commitment, enthusiasm and drive to define clear strategy and execute partnerships plans that deliver commercial results.
- Have strong problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You’re comfortable with prioritising and coordinating projects across multiple teams.
- Good organisational and time management skills, and a passion for working collaboratively with people.
- A total self-starter, with a natural can-do approach, you’re happy to adapt to evolving priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
**You will**:
- You’ll work closely with the General Manager of Retail, Recipe Box and Ready to Go to develop the strategy for commercial partnerships and merchandising across all areas of the business, taking ownership for meeting ambitious revenue targets.
- You’ll own the strategy for our commercial partnerships including our in-box sampling and supporting partner marketing campaigns across our owned channels.
- You’ll also help create and deliver the commercial strategy for partner branded merchandising, across both our recipe box and ready to go range. This means curating a range of partner branded products which are presented as part of the Mindful Chef offering which are seasonally relevant, backed by strong commercials and an excellent brand fit.
- End to end ownership of our checkout up-sell process, including selecting the products we want to present and working with the teams cross-functionally to make it happen (this often works in tandem with our in-box sampling and partner marketing strategy).
- Make sure the partnerships calendar is packed full of high value activations which both drive excitement for customers and deliver against commercial targets.
- Manage the pitching, onboarding, management and optimisations of all partnerships.
- Build strong relationships across the business with Tech, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to plan and execute partnerships plans
