We plan to grow our Senior Adviser network to facilitate introductions, open doors to new opportunities, generate new innovative ideas and approaches, and provide expertise.
The Partnership Specialist (Corporate Board & Senior Volunteers) role will focus on three key areas:
- Relationship managing our network of Senior Advisers and the CRUK Corporate Partnerships Board.
- Developing & driving the Senior Adviser and Board strategy to support the 3 year plans and goals.
- Establishing a clear and effective process of working, including mapping advisers' networks, processing team introduction requests, pro-actively adding to team pipelines based on adviser connections, tracking introductions made, ensuring timely and appropriate actions are taken.
Within the New Relationships Team this role will drive a co-ordinated Senior Adviser approach to guide the identification, recruitment, induction, management and stewardship of our increasing network, ensuring their journey with us is inspiring, professional and effective.
This role will support the development of best practice and a consistent approach to ensure we grow strong lasting relationships and maximise the opportunities our Senior Advisers and the Corporate Partnerships Board provide.
