2nd Line / Desktop Support Engineer required for my client based in Guildford for a permanent role, salary £27-34K + Benefits.

My client are seeking an knowledgeable Desktop Support Engineer to join their team.

The role is onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home.

Hours of work are split across 2 shifts: 8am-4:30pm and 9:30am-6:30pm, on a rota basis.

There is also an out of hours rota which can be joined if desired, for which additional remuneration is offered.

My client have parking onsite, or are accessible from Guildford station via a shuttle bus.

You will be working in a small but busy team, providing support for around 600 users.

You will work with the following technologies:

- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- MECM / SCCM
- Desktop / Laptop builds, troubleshooting etc.
- VPN troubleshooting
- VMware and VDI
- Working within an ITIL environment
