The Technology HR team plays a key role in enabling the delivery of the Technology long term framework and people agenda. Working closely with leaders, people managers and colleagues across Technology (UK/Guernsey, Australia & New Zealand, Northern Europe and Canada regions) the team focus on enabling manager and colleague capability and performance to achieve the functions key goals.

The Technology function is about to embark on a transformation journey evolving from the current more traditional Design, Deliver, Run organisation model to a future operating model. This team will be key in driving the implementation of this transformation as well as maintaining a strong focus on delivery of the Technology people plan.

**Your purpose**

This role will be responsible for the programme management of organisational and people change across a global function. The role will own the creation of a comprehensive change plan and work hand in hand with the Head of HR for technology and the broader P&O stakeholders to operationalise plan.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide OE & change expertise, guidance and support to the global Tech function and HR team for the transformation progamme
- Work with the HR Director to engage with key senior Tech stakeholders to understand the drivers for change, articulate the key change impacts and agree the right approach for change
- Develop and lead the change management strategy, creating the programme, project plans and workstream activity to implement the proposed change
- Ensure each works stream is set up to deliver and that interdependencies are able to be proactively managed
- Provide change management expertise and through other internal teams such as Learning and Development and Comms and Engagement provide support as required
- Design and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders on key elements of change
- Alongside the Head of HR provide coaching of the HRBP team to ensure successful delivery of the organisation change
- Review the existing OE and Change tools to ensure they are relevant for this transformation
