**Role Responsibilities**
- Calling clients that we have previously dealt with (no cold calling).
- Generate an interest in the solutions and services of the company.
- Handling customer objections and qualifying customer needs.
- Cross selling and helping to generate interest in other products available.
- Speaking with customers in a friendly, compliant, and professional manner.
- Engaging and building a rapport with customers.
- Experience working in Sales, making outbound calls.
- Ability to handle and overcome customer objections.
- Motivated working towards KPIs & targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate.
**Location**
The offices are based near Fareham, just off the M27 or are a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station and is commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Havant, Cosham and other surrounding areas. It is also located close to local amenities, a post office and shops.
