As a Business Co-ordinator you will provide key support to the Hospital Directorby working closely alongside each relevant department to aid Elysium’s Business requirements.

There are Clinical elements to this job role, however a Clinical background is not essential and full training will be provided. You will be reporting directly to the Personal Assistant to the Hospital Director.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Providing administrative support across a range of areas, including, minute taking, tracking actions, developing agendas.
- Managing complex databases and reporting out externally, accurate and timely information in line with legislation.
- Supporting the accurate recording of patients’ observational hours and data input, ensuring you remain strictly confidential when handling patients’ details.
- Supporting the Business Manager with completion of EPCs (Enhanced Package of Care) and follow up with NHS England case managers and Elysium Finance.
- Assisting with general administration tasks associated with our Clinical Services Manager.
- Track and ensure deadlines for CQC (Care Quality Commission) submissions.
- Supporting the Management Team undertake investigations and complete relevant reports and outcomes in timescales laid down by the Company under the direction of the Hospital Director.

**In order to be successful in this role, you will have**:

- At least 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficient knowledge and use of the English language.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with professionals at all levels.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher.
- Experience of working within a framework of confidentiality.
