Due to business growth, there is an urgent requirement for this leading global manufacturing / engineering business to appoint an experienced Recruiter on a 12 month FTC. There is the possibility this could lead into a longer term opportunity

The Recruiter role will report in to the Recruitment Manager and will have responsibility for end-to-end recruitment including sourcing and recruiting for roles within a technical biased industry sector.

Background in either agency or in-house with ability to demonstrate strong understanding and knowledge of how resourcing and recruitment fits within the wider employee proposition. You will be committed to working and contributing as an integral member ofthe HR function which covers all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery of Engineering recruitment requirements in line with recruitment targets and budget
- Supporting Recruitment Manager to develop a site wide recruitment strategy and a tactical plan to 'fill' all vacancies on time at a minimum cost
- Co-ordinate and manage recurring review and progress meetings with recruiting managers and agencies / outsourced providers.
- Participate and coach managers in competency based interviews.
- Administer all relating paperwork and ad hoc duties as required
- Formulate and visually track Key Performance Indicators
- Ensuring quality levels are sufficient for line manager's review.
- Update and report weekly recruitment metrics
- Provide recruitment and project support on site wide early talent activities including Apprenticeship Scheme and Graduate Programme
