**A Degree qualified Technical Buyer with a background purchasing electronics and metalwork within a manufacturing company, ideally qualified to CIPS level and with a full driving license, will join a thriving company at the forefront of the wind energyrevolution.**

As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Technical Buyer will deliver products and services to the business when needed at the right cost and quality in line with company policy; liaise with sales and operations to understand the demand for productand translate requirements via the system into availability as well as managing stock levels and taking responsibility for day to day procurement of raw materials.

**Key Requirements include**:

- Proven technical purchasing experience.
- Working in a manufacturing company purchasing metalwork and electronic parts.
- Degree qualified in Engineering discipline, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- CIPS or similar qualification beneficial.
- KPI and target driven.
- Experience with ERP systems transitions good to see.
- Ability to visit supplier sites regularly (driving License needed).
- Confident communicator and good organisational abilities.
