**The Responsibilities**

This is a hands on role with LOTS to get involved with, so let's dive into some of the responsibilities you will undertake:

- Being responsible for Time & Attendance and Absence Management
- Disciplinary Management including things such as attending meetings, note taking, resolution
- Long Term Sick Management
- Ensuring all department and HR statistics are up to date
- Monthly Payroll

Experience within disciplinary processes

A CIPD Level 7 is ideal
