**JOB SUMMARY**

The primary duties of this position are to inspect all items sent from the QA Production Department, process these orders and send them to the shipping department.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assure order, part number, lot number & condition matches in all systems prior to Invoicing.
- If order in need of sales clarification, take as many pictures as needed to depict unit condition and send to sales for customer confirmation.
- Check for correct lot number, warranty void sticker and UV mark on all RQAUS1 PLC Center orders and Repair orders.
- Consult management on all Factory New orders for managerial sign-off.
- Check for any loose or missing hardware and unit cleanliness.
- Check tech notes and question if full test was not performed on all PLC Center RQANS1 and Repair orders.
- Check all Repair work reports for correct spelling, S number, part number and serial number.
- Include work reports and customer supplied documentation on Repair orders.
- BER items must include tags indicating that a unit has not been repaired.
- Complete the quality checklist for every unit and every order.
This may be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

**METRICS**
- All Repairs and PLC Center RQANS1 orders must ship the same day they arrive to the shipping department.
- New Surplus orders must ship within their designated lead times.
- Any RTS stock must be processed the same day.

**EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY**
- Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employee has sufficiently met and performed the job requirements. It will also indicate whether employment will continue.
- Monthly reviews - Based on number of units properly inspected for cleanliness and completeness, photos taken and units sent back to technicians
- Annual Reviews - Employee will be given a formal annual review which assesses productivity, demonstrated skills and accomplishments for the previous period.
**BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN**

Monthly bonus/commission payment is based off employee's performance in the role, and begins once the introductory 90-day probationary period is completed.

**WORK SCHEDULE**

This is an hourly full-time position. You are required to work Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**

The environment is that of a professional repair center. Dress attire is casual but professional in a repair center setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Closed toe, hard sole heeled shoes must be worn in this area at all times. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn at all times. Employees must adhere to all Radwell Safety Requirements at all times (see safety manual posted online).
