- **Hours - Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (1 hour lunch break, 40 hours per week)**_
- **Salary - £11.25 per hour (plus monthly bonus based on performance)**_

- Are you ready to thrive in a dynamic production / warehouse setting and contribute to the success of a global industry leader? Radwell International is seeking a proactive, organised, and motivated individual to join our vital Order Closing team in the heart of the Radwell operation._
- **Other responsibilities and duties include**:_
- We are looking for a QA Order Closer to join our growing Inventory & Logistics team. The role mainly consists of inspecting all items sent from internal departments, processing these orders, and passing them on to the shipping associates. A keen eye for detail is of the utmost importance_
- On a daily basis, you may also be raising issues around import/export regulations, passing on specific customer requests or following up with internal teams where items do not match the order specification._
- You will need to have excellent people skills and offer a high level of service and accuracy that Radwell is well known for._
- You will have your own duties and responsibilities to work with, but will be working as a part of a wider team to work towards deadlines and goals. Being able to manage your workload and prioritising accordingly is a crucial part of this role._
- **About you**:_
- GCSE Grade 5 (C) or equivalent in Maths and Science_
- _Strong computer proficiency, able to learn and operate new software._
- _Ability to work in a fast paced environment_
- _Detail oriented_
- _A problem solver working on own initiative_
- _Good communication and customer service skills_
- _**Desirable: Technical or Industrial product knowledge**_
