Olympus is recruiting for an International Business Support Coordinator to join the team on a full time permanent basis.

In this role you will be tasked with building close relationships with customers and key distributor's within the Middle East and Africa

**What will you be doing?**

Using initiative and problem-solving skills the team help our customers resolve enquiries and overcome challenges from initial query right through to resolution. Utilising defined quality standards, and through active coaching and development, the team aim to deliver increased customer satisfaction through exceptional customer care.

**Key Responsibilities**

Manage the distributors order book, from receipt of order through to shipment and payment via letter of credit advance payment or credit limit.
Manage requirements for local registration needs of customers a development of systems and processes to support shipment requirementsCoordinator will have assigned responsibility for a designated group of Countries within the Middle East & Africa.Day-to day liaison with customers, distributors and stakeholdersDistributor

**About you?**

Experience dealing with International stakeholders

Customer Service Experience required

Experience of working within a multi-discipline team

Distributor Management

Able to create spreadsheets, graphs
