Sales Coordinator

We are delighted to be representing our established client in Southend who are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator.
The Sales Co-ordinator is responsible for chasing Service Care Plan orders, pipeline management and forecasting, meeting sales targets and supporting in-field personnel.
- Meeting Sales Targets
- Forecasting Accuracy
- Contracts Invoiced vs Available Business
- Contact Centre performance
**Responsibilities**
- Day to day communication and interaction with customers and internal stakeholders
- Extensive use of Management System database for all aspects of the role
- Creating and organisation of Opportunities onto CRM system.
- Management of customer accounts and territories alongside SCTM
- Completion of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and day to day management of sales pipeline
- Working alongside SCTMs to ensure sales targets are met
- Daily liaison with internal departments and colleagues regarding customer equipment
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Active participation in Service Care Plan Customer Support team meetings and MSBU Operational meetings
**Skills**
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential
- Previous administration and / or customer service experience is essential.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills are necessary for this role due to dealing directly with customers.

- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise a changing workload
