Kit Coordinator

I have the absolute pleasure of representing a Southend based company in the recruitment of a Kit Coordinator. My client is seeking a new member of staff to the join them and become part of a highly functioning team. They have gone through a period of growthand are looking for a hard working and skilled member of staff to join the organisation. This is a hybrid role offering a salary up to £24000 per annum.
The main purpose of this role will be to facilitate daily planning of installation and service jobs for internal engineers and sub-contractors in line with agreed SLA’s. You will also be expected to manage customer expectations and provide an excellent customerservice experience.
**Key tasks will include**:
- Input service orders onto Sage and Zoho (generic CRM).
- Allocate and schedule jobs to maximize operational and logístical performance.
- Answer incoming phone enquiries both internal and external.
- Ensure customer commitments are met, working with internal teams and executing operational tasks as required.

- Proven IT Skills - Microsoft 365
- Proven administration skills
- Exceptional Customer Service Experience
- Excellent time management and organisation
- Confidence and ability to be pro-active when required
