**Responsibilities**:
Olympus have an open vacancy for a MEA Business Support Coordinator to join head office in southend on a full time permanent basis ( hybrid)The International Sales Team strives to provide seamless support to our distributor network, sales team and external customers
- Using initiative and problem-solving skills the team help our customers resolve enquiries and overcome challenges from initial query right through to resolution. Utilising defined quality standards, and through active coaching and development, the team aim to deliver increased customer satisfaction through exceptional customer care.They build close relationships with customers and distributors and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.Main dutiesCoordinator will have assigned responsibility for a designated group of Countries within the Middle East & Africa.
Your qualification
Experience dealing with International stakeholdersCustomer Service Experience required
- Experience of working within a multi-discipline team Distributor ManagementAble to create spreadsheets, graphs
