- Ensuring Delivery dates are met.
- Prioritising workload and managing time sufficiently.
- Stock control and stock checks.
- Taking deliveries and checking against purchase orders.

- Monitoring security and health and safety procedures.
- Motivate, organise, and encourage teamwork within the Warehouse to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience with in a Supervisory role ( min 2 years’ experience)

2. Strong decision making and problem solving skills

3. Must be confident to communicate to the business to suggest improvements.

4. Hands on experience with a warehouse management system.

5. Counterbalance FLT license.
