Warehouse Supervisor role As Supervisor Warehouse you manage the Team leaders Together with your teams you will strive to achieve the productivity targets, initiate improvements, and have a good insight into processes. You report directly to the Operationsmanager, and you lead an average of 1 to 5 Warehouse Team Leaders and indirectly 20 to 40 employees.

The core activities consist of, among others
- Monitoring/controlling the execution of the logistic processes in relation to the daily and weekly planning.
- Distributing work, coaching and guiding employees and holding work meetings.
- Responsible for various personnel matters (staffing, absenteeism, training and performance);
- Providing management information on the basis of previously agreed targets/KPIs;
- Spotting, discussing and if possible solving disturbances in the logistic process.
