**Job description**:
Up to £32,000 per annum based on experience
- 40 hours per week, night shift with afternoon cover when required
- Monday to Friday, no weekends

The Role In the role of Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee and coordinate the running of the night shift in support of the Warehouse Manager.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload for that shift
- Communicate job expectations and coach team members
- Liaise with other departments to answer questions and solve problems
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

**Essential Experience Qualifications**
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- At least 5 years experience of working in a supervisory or managerial roles in a warehouse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Hold a current FLT certificate of competence
- Be physically active due to the nature of the role manual handling will be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
