Burton Albion Community Trust (BACT) is the independent charitable arm of Burton Albion FC and is looking to recruit an Events and Impact Coordinator.

This position requires flexibility as the role may require occasional evening and weekend work.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of Burton Albion Community Trust events to deliver high standards every time
- Work with the Partnership and Events Manager and Marketing and Communications Lead by assisting with the planning, co-ordinating, marketing and delivering of our Events Calendar
- Support the expansion of our Events Portfolio, and champion innovation including conducting research to support future event ideas
- Undertake Post Event analysis to really understand what drives success.
- Play a pivotal role in supporting and nurturing event participants via a variety of mediums, ensuring they have the appropriate materials to support their fundraising endeavours.
- Maintain participant data in the Charity's Database - ensuring accuracy of data input.
- Be aware of how Burton Albion Community Trust Events contribute to the Charity's overall fundraising strategy, actively propose ideas to help BACT grow it's income through events.
- Manage Event & Fundraising Platforms (e.g. Invest in my community)
- Build and managing a volunteer database
- Analysing session data and generating impact reports as and when required
- Liaise and organise internal and external mascot requests

Be responsible for ensuring we are adhering to our health and safety risk assessment procedures for all events

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
