The duties of the role:

- Handle general customer enquiries relating to their insurance policies
- Process any mid-term adjustments and renewals administration
- Cross-sell other areas of the business to customers when needed
- Processing customer's claims and assisting with any queries they may have
- Produce reports and complete all admin-related tasks
Experience needed:

- Previous experience working in a similar Claims Handler/Customer Service Advisor role within the financial services industry will be a huge advantage. Other office-based experience will also be considered
