**The Role**

As a Customer Service Advisor, your aim is to get our customers back on the road asap following an accident, whether they need a rental car or a repair at a garage, you will be there to deliver excellent customer service throughout their journey

In this role, you will:

- Speak to, and support our customers over the phone, ensuring that they are fully supported, and are back on the road as quickly as possible
- Liaise with various departments to support your customer, arranging hire cars or repairs and that claims are settled
- Take full ownership of the call, answering all queries and keeping the customer up to date

**What Do We Need From You?**
- Customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or the insurance industry
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathise with customers and understand their needs
- Ability to work night shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10,882.00-£12,168.00 per year
