My client are part of the Parcel Monkey Group - logistics and delivery specialists that provide affordable delivery solutions to consumers and businesses.

This customer Service role involves the following:

- Answering clients queries both via CRM and on call
- Custom chargin
- Raising order queries
- Raising claims
- Processing claim payouts
- Joining client calls as and when required

You will have experience in:

- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities
- Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
- Raising support tickets to enable
- Tracking and resolution of customer requests
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
- Maintaining spreadsheets of customer information
- Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
- Checking product or service availability
- Assisting customers with account setup/onboarding
- Passing customer feedback
