We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Inspections – Perform inspections on raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  2. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – Lead investigations for customer, supplier, and internal non-conformances, driving continuous improvement.
  3. Process & Compliance Monitoring – Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and health, safety, and environmental standards.
  4. Auditing & Certification – Conduct internal audits and contribute to future company certifications.
  5. Environmental Sustainability – Assist in implementing initiatives to minimize our ecological footprint and ensure compliance with waste management regulations.
  6. Equipment Maintenance – Oversee calibration systems to maintain product and process accuracy.
  7. Health & Safety Programs – Support the development and implementation of workplace safety initiatives.
  8. Safety Audits & Inspections – Conduct regular workplace safety assessments to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
  9. Training & Development – Provide guidance to manufacturing teams on quality control, environmental standards, and health and safety protocols.
  10. Regulatory Compliance – Stay informed about changing regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
  2. Qualified internal auditor.
  3. Previous experience in quality control, environmental compliance, or regulatory roles, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industries.
  4. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards related to quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with quality management systems (QMS) or environmental management systems (EMS) is desirable.
