**ABOUT YOU**:
- You will have previous working experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Great knowledge of working with data base systems and generating reports
- Strong eye for detail and ability to multitask to business needs
- First class customer focus and communication - both written and verbal
- Able to work to tight deadlines and be reactive to the business needs
- Able to work as part of a team remotely and have a hands-on approach
- Proven track background of delivering workload at set time frames
- Strong team player and enjoy being part of great team, with a fun attitude
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Talent Coordinator, you will be working with a team of 4 Talent Partners who will need your expertise of organising and supporting them in their business areas. This a new team to Intertek and is a great opportunity to be demonstrating best practice and join a new adventure If you are a Talent Coordinator, who can work at pace, multitask, and work to deadlines, we would love to hear from you
**Here are the Key Activities for the role**:
- Building strong working partnerships to understand support required with Recruitment Team/Business
- Have a strong admin skill, with excellent eye for detail as well as good grammar
- Advertising jobs and ensuring all is on brand, with positive and current language
- Align all interviews for each stage where needed to support the team
- Right to work verified/provided to help process contract
- Good systems knowledge and ability to learn new systems
- Build effective working partnerships with 3rd party suppliers
- Adhering best practice to support brand and business areas
- Delivering at pace with a focus on time frames and turn around
