We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Inspections – Perform inspections on raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – Lead investigations for customer, supplier, and internal non-conformances, driving continuous improvement.
  • Process & Compliance Monitoring – Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Auditing & Certification – Conduct internal audits and contribute to future company certifications.
  • Environmental Sustainability – Assist in implementing initiatives to minimize our ecological footprint and ensure compliance with waste management regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance – Oversee calibration systems to maintain product and process accuracy.
  • Health & Safety Programs – Support the development and implementation of workplace safety initiatives.
  • Safety Audits & Inspections – Conduct regular workplace safety assessments to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Training & Development – Provide guidance to manufacturing teams on quality control, environmental standards, and health and safety protocols.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Stay informed about changing regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
  • Qualified internal auditor.
  • Previous experience in quality control, environmental compliance, or regulatory roles, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards related to quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with quality management systems (QMS) or environmental management systems (EMS) is desirable.
