We require a Manager with experience of delivering supply chain technologies with a focus on clients in a wide range of sectors. We are looking for someone with a strong background of providing transformative operating models by leveraging data-led insights and ensuring effective implementation of cutting-edge technologies, as well as using and deploying our technology assets.
Description of the role:

- Experience designing and implementing Supply Chain operating model changes as part of transformation programmes.
- Experience of delivering change management strategies in complex multi-business unit/multi-geographical environments would be an advantage.
- Contribute towards practice development to improve existing, and identify new, Powered propositions and solutions and assets.
Leadership & Management:
KPMG's Operational Transformation team comprises circa 60 team members. You will be responsible for managing projects ranging in length from several weeks to many months and leading diverse teams of up to 6-8 consultants supported by sub-contractors and members of the client's own staff. You will deliver projects to agreed deadlines and budgets, although the focus of this role is employing complex analysis to solve client issues.
You will be required to regularly interact with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers within KPMG to source insight and expertise and to provide progress updates. You will also manage interactions with members of the client's leadership team. Your clients will be from all industry and commercial sectors. The ability to develop strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and at all levels of seniority, including senior leaders, will be crucial. You will effectively communicate points of view and evidence that shapes decision making.
Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:
