Join us in reshaping technology's role to foster meaningful, real-world connections.The role you’ll playAs a Revenue Enablement Training Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by equipping our sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and coaching they need to succeed. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, deliver, and monitor the effectiveness of comprehensive training programs that empower our sales teams to excel in their roles as well as facilitate coaching experiences. Working closely with Revenue Enablement Program Designers, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of engaging and impactful learning content. This role will ensure that learning objectives are met, aligning programs with business strategy to drive revenue.Experience you bringBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.1-3 years experience in an enablement, training, sales, or education roleProven experience in using web conferencing and communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Slack, SharePoint)Self- motivated and directed with the ability to operate autonomouslyStrong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines operating in an agile working environment.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of Salesforce, Learning Management Software, Sales Engagement and Conversation Intelligence toolsDemonstrated ability deliver sales trainingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Deliver high quality training curriculum for new hire classes, skills development, new products, and ongoing releasesGain primary expertise in one business unit; secondary expertise may be developed as business needs evolve.Facilitate engaging training sessions and presentations using a variety of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning stylesContribute to ongoing development and implementation of training strategies and methodologiesOrganizes and updates training resources (New hire onboarding, Sales methodology etc)Participates in planning, go-to market meetings, and road mapping activities to identify training needs Creates training materials, including presentations, elearning content, one-pagers, and multimedia resources, to support training initiatives and ensure clarity and effectiveness in conveying key concepts.Works collaboratively with Revenue Enablement Program Designers, subject matter experts, cross functional partners and various stakeholders to drive training curriculumbuild and ensure training objectives are met.Assess and documents team member performance during the training process and provides constructive feedback to appropriate partiesConduct analysis of materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to educational design standards.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in adult learning best practices and methodologies May work 1:1 with sales reps or small groups of reps for coaching and training.Prioritizes deliverables effectively while balancing multiple ongoing projectsAll other duties as assignedWork Environment and Travel Requirements:This person will have occasional travel. This role regularly utilizes a computer, including the use of a monitor, mouse and keyboard.
