Your responsibilities will include leading internal and external defect analysis and improvement initiatives. Driving reject reduction and non-conformance management across production. Conducting internal audits and ensuring process adherence to control plans. Managing third-party rework activities and liaising with customers to resolve quality issues. Supporting continuous improvement activities including 8D reviews and Kaizen events. Preparing inspection plans, quality standards, and CMM programs. Performing statistical analysis and supporting new product launches with PPAP documentation. Managing supplier performance and maintaining ISOpliance.What You'll Need to SucceedIdeally you will a third-level qualification in an engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent experience) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellentmunication and presentation abilities and experience in manufacturing and/or customer-facing environments. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with quality tools and techniques.
