Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Field Service Engineer based in Carrickfergus. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing, and repairing Esprit's CNC plasma cutting machines. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and providing exceptional support and training to customers to ensure optimal machine functionality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience with Field Service and Preventive Maintenance tasks for industrial equipment Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and effective communication when interacting with clients Relevant technical or engineering qualifications or equivalent practical experience Flexibility to travel for on‑site service visits and the ability to work independently Familiarity with CNC machinery or plasma cutting technology is an advantage Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to quality Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Industries Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
