Having helped build out their growing finance team, we are now partnering with them to bring in a client accounts assistant to maintain high standards in their accounting and finance practices as they push forward.Job DescriptionMaintain and update client financial records accurately and efficiently.Process payments and invoices in a timely manner.Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for internal and external use.Support the accounting and finance team with daily operations.Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure compliance with regulations.Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding their accounts.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes.The Successful ApplicantA successful Client Accounts Assistant should have:Experience in accounting or finance, property experience highly desirable.Strong numeracy and analytical skills.Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.Excellent communication and organisational skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £30-35k.Full study-support package offered.Central London location, 4x per week in the office.Opportunities to develop and enhance your accounting and finance skills.Supportive and professional work environment.Potential for career progression within the property industry.If you are ready to take the next step in your career as a Client Accounts Assistant in Central London, apply now to join a dedicated team in the property industry
